Winter season
From January 2nd 2023 until April 14th 2023
$US 1050 per day up to 2 bedrooms ensuite.
Please enquire about rates for the 3rd bedroom as the rates can be according to the use – i.e. an adult couple would be pro rata, from $US 500 per day or $250 single occupancy.
Summer 2023
From April 20th until 17th December 2023
$US 1050 per day up to 3 bedrooms. en suite.
Festive rates
Christmas
Christmas from 17th December up to and including January 2nd (minimum 12 days booking over this period)
$1500 per day three bedrooms
Easter
Easter from 14th April until 20th April
$1250 per day three bedrooms (minimum 7 days)
DETAILS

Includes a House Keeper for 3 days a week, and gardener/pool man.

4th bedroom (twin beds en suite), available on request for bookings of 3 bedrooms. (suitable for teenagers or older kids)
Payment via Bank transfer or by debit card 50% in advance to secure booking. Full payment 4 weeks in advance.
Cancellation period for refund of deposit 6 weeks in advance.
CHECK IN TIME
3pm (earlier check in time available upon request and dependent upon availability).
DEPARTURE TIME
12 noon (later departure time available upon request and dependent upon availability).
DAMAGES DEPOSIT
Mamderley Villa contains some exquisite furnishings and beautiful ornaments. We regret that damages will have to be recovered from the initial deposit.
